'Heropanti' pair Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon to REUNITE for 'Baaghi 2'?

It comes as no surprise that Tiger Shroff will reprise his role as the protagonist in the sequel to his 2016 film, Baaghi. However, there has been speculation as to who will be his leading lady. In the first film, there was Shraddha Kapoor opposite Tiger, but it seems she won’t be part of the sequel.

Recently, it was  reported that Jacqueline Fernandez and Kriti Sanon were the top choices for the role. HT Café has learnt from sources close to the project that Kriti has bagged the role, and looks like the Heropanti pair will reunite on the big screen once again.

A source told the daily, "The sequel will be directed by Ahmed Khan. While the film’s first poster with Tiger was launched recently, an official announcement about the leading actress will be made soon. Kriti has been finalised and was spotted outside (producer) Sajid Nadiadwala’s office a few times in the past month. Also, the makers are keen to have the pair back, as they were a hit with the audience. Sajid launched Tiger and Kriti with that project and also shares a special relationship with the actors. Tiger will be seen performing some intense action sequences in the action-thriller."
