South film Vinaya Vidheya Rama, more popularly known as VVR, is all set to release this Friday and the lead actor Ram Charan has already started creating waves across the internet by flaunting his well toned body which he build for the film. Charan’s wife Upasana Kamineni-Konidela shared a photo, video and diet plan which Ram followed to stay in shape for the film.

The journey became even more inspiring and intriguing at the same time when the video she shared saw Ram Charan working out both in bright sunlight and chilly weather. Ram Charan was working out on his movie sets with a dumbbell in both his hands.

The folks at BollywoodLife asked the actor how he managed to achieve that fab physique, to which he said, "We were shooting in some extreme weather conditions. The commitment to the director's vision and the thought of the final output kept pushing me."

Speaking about his diet, Ram mentioned, "That was the most difficult part. It is extremely easy to get distracted when you are on a diet. Luckily for me, Upasana is really good at whipping up some extremely tasty healthy food."

Ram Charan will also play a bulky man in the film, which made losing the weight a little tougher. Speaking about the same, he added, "It was the directors idea completely (to go bulky). I completely surrendered to the director's vision and worked towards it."
