Supreme Court in a landmark judgment on Tuesday has decided to scrap section 66A of Information Technology act deeming it unconstitutional. Members who were part of AIB Roast reacted in ecstasy to this move. While some were cryptic, others were more forthright in their views openly hailing the decision. In January when AIB ran into controversy after uploading their Roast on Youtube, among other charges cases were also filed under Section 66A of the IT Act. So it's only obvious that members of the AIB Roast welcomed the decision with glee.
Here's what they said :
Touch philosophical from Rohan Joshi
Thank you to the fine people who made this happen. Thank you Supreme Court of India. This is a big, beautiful day

It is not good for comedy when a government starts behaving sensibly.Bring back 66A coz what will happen to the jokes written about it?

Totally meant the specific "judiciary" in previous tweet, not the general "government".

Tells you so much that were celebrating the fact that kids won't be sent to jail for liking Facebook statuses.
