Has marriage changed Kareena Kapoor's priorities?

Kareena Kapoor, once the biggest commercial Bollywood heroine, has somehow fizzled out in the last few films (Heroine, Gori Tere Pyar Mein) she has starred in. It has been quite some time since we saw her take up a challenging role and doing justice to it. Although being part of heavyweight films like Bodyguard and Ra.One alongside big stars, her performance hasn't been as exemplary as a Jab We Met or a Chameli. 

Saying 'no' to some brilliant projects, which later went on to become huge films (remember Queen or Ram Leela?), Kareena has definitely changed her priorities after her marriage. But is this sudden change of tactics helping the actress at all? In a recent interview to a leading daily on Tuesday, she confirmed opting out of six projects in the past five months which included directors like Sujoy Ghosh, Zoya Akhtar, Bejoy Nambiar and obviously Karan Johar's ambitious Shuddhi among others. 

Kareena said she refused the films because she did not find her part as exciting as she wanted it to be. But given her last few stints underperforming at the box office to a large extent, it's time Kareena rethinks and evaluates her film choices, we think. 

Meanwhile, the actress is all set to scorch screens in her favourite director Rohit Shetty's next, Singham Returns which releases on Independence Day this year.
