'Guardians of the Galaxy' director James Gunn thanks cast, crew & fans through Facebook letter

Guardians of the Galaxy destroyed the box office this weekend, and from everyone's initial reactions, the film could be one of the best Marvel films out there. The entire film resonates a new direction for the Marvel universe, while also retaining the Joss Whedon charm that was there through the entire Phase 2.

To show his appreciation to the cast, crew, producers, fans and all those involved in the film, director James Gunn wrote a heartwarmingly passionate letter. The letter also states that he's already working on the sequel.
