Netflix has renewed the female-led wrestling series "GLOW", aka The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, for a second season.

The show, co-created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch and executive produced by "Orange Is the New Black" creator Jenji Kohanwill, will return for another 10 episodes.

The series stars Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin and Marc Maron.

Kate Nash, Jackie Tohn and Kia Stevens the only actress with wrestling experience also round out the 14-women ensemble featured on the first season, which released its 10 episodes on June 23.

"GLOW", which takes its inspiration from the syndicated TV series of the same name that aired in the late 1980s, tells a fictionalised story of the actresses-turned-wrestlers who go on to create the first-ever professional women's wrestling show.
