Fresh pair alert! Irrfan Khan to team up with Richa Chadha

It's quite an interesting and unlikely pairing! Irrfan Khan is all set to feature alongside Richa Chadha in Tanuja Chandra's directorial. The romantic comedy is about an unlikely couple, who embark on a road trip and fall in love. After Piku (2015), Irrfan will once again essay a romantic role. However, this will be Richa's first romantic comedy.

A source says, "Richa and Irrfan have been friends. She is a fan of the actor's body of work, and has always expressed her desire to work with him. In the past, there were opportunities to work with him but things didn't work out. Both of them are excited about the film's script."

The film will be shot in four phases, beginning from January end. Richa will join the crew in February. While Richa essays the role of a well off girl from Rajasthan. Irrfan plays the love of her life.

Looks like an off the wall film with an interesting pairing!
