FIRST PICTURES from Shahid Kapoor and Shruti Haasan's ad shoot are a TREAT for fans!

Back sometime in March, some pictures of Shahid Kapoor and Shruti Haasan at a suburban studio leaked online and went viral. While speculations about the pictures were still going on, reports of the duo shooting for an ad started doing the rounds. 

Now, the first pictures from the photoshoot of the said ad are out and they've got the fans more excited. Both Shahid and Shruti look oh-so-good together in the pictures that we feel they should be cast in a movie soon. You listening filmmakers?

The duo make for a refreshing pair and since Bollywood film have been experimenting with new and never-before-seen pairs (think Baar Baar Dekho, Mubarakan, Ittefaq, Reload etc) it would be awesome to see these two together on screen as well. Another interesting thing to note is that both of them are currently gearing up for period films.

Shahid is busy filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati, Shruti is prepping up for PC Sundar's Sanghamitra. While Shahid plays Raja Rawal Ratan Singh in the SLB film, Shruti will be seen in the avatar of a warrior princess.
