First look: Varun Dhawan is fierce and rugged in 'Badlapur' first poster

After wowoing the audience with his romantic loverboy image and his comic avatar in the previous films, Varun Dhawan is all set to take Bollywood by a storm with his upcoming film Badlapur. The film, which is an action packed thriller released the first poster from the film, revealing Varun's character from the film.

Playing Raghu in the film, Varun tweeted the first poster on Friday.

The first poster features Varun Dhawan nailing the agitated and fierce look to perfection. Starkly different from the films we have seen him in, Badlapur will mark a drift from his usual image.

Tough and rugged, the poster has definitely hit the right chord and the team has planned to release the trailer of the film on December 2. The film, essentially a revenge saga, will also have Huma Qureshi, Nawazuddin Siddique, Divya Dutta and Yami Gautam in lead roles.
