First look at Ben Affleck as Batman in Zack Snyder's 'Batman Vs Superman'

As promised when Zack Snyder tweeted a teaser picture of the Batmobile, he tweeted a big reveal about the tentatively titled 'Batman Vs Superman'

Making good on his promise, he then tweeted;

Giving us the first look at Ben Affleck in character as The Dark Knight. We can also see the front of the Batmobile revealing a little more under the tarp from yesterday's picture.

The tweet has gone viral, getting over 10,000 retweets and over 5,000 favourites in just under 40 minutes. Ben Affleck does look pretty stoic in costume imbibing the essence of the Capped Crusader. The new costume design is reminiscent of Frank Miller's 'The Dark Knight Returns' look, which might work well seeing as how this Batman is slightly older, probably in his 40s. The design is definitely a lot grittier than the previous incarnations, but it still remains to be seen what course Snyder will take while re-exploring Batman's introduction into the new set of DC movies.
