The film is being directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. Madamji revolves around an item girl who turns into a politician. The film is inspired by Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata Dutt. PC is playing the item girl. It will be interesting to see what role Fawad will be playing. Ever since his Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor, Fawad has become a hot property in B-Town.
