It’s Father’s Day and Bollywood’s celebrating. How? Most celebrities are tweeting about their dads- some sending special messages, reliving memories with their fathers while some are posting pictures with their papa!

While we have seen many of the Bollywood father-daughter and father–son pairs team up for films, advertisements and brand commitments, here's a Bollywood Wishlist for our Bollywood celebrities and their dads-

Alia Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt

What they should do: Mahesh Bhatt should pen a script for Alia

Why? This starlet’s a self proclaimed Bollywood buff. “I was born to be in films,” she gushes. But the kiddo made her appearance felt in Sangharsh years back. Little did we know that she would soon make heads turn with her glam (and her de-glam!) avatars in films. When Alia decided to take her first step in Bolly land, she turned towards Karan Johar. “I don’t want people to feel I got it only because I was Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter. It was a conscious move of not debuting in my father’s film,” she had told us in an interview. But now that Alia’s a household name, Mahesh Bhatt should pen an intense love saga for his daughter! How we would have loved if he directed it but the veteran filmmaker has already stopped making films. So why not write one for Alia, Bhatt saab?

Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Amitabh Bachchan

What they should do: Write a book together

Why? You must be wondering why we picked Shweta and not Abhishek Bachchan. There’s nothing Abhishek and Amitji haven’t done together! From films to songs , promotions to endorsements, they have done it all. But we have hardly ever seen Shweta and her Pa together, sans the Koffee With Karan episode featuring the baap-beti together. Amitji’s got a style, a certain flavour in his talks and his write-ups. Similarly, Shweta has inherited the flair of writing from her Pa. The Bachchan-beti is now our loved dna-columnist and given that she’s imbibed the artistic and creative nature of her Pa, they both should start writing a book together. Right now.

Sonakshi Sinha and Shatrughan Sinha

What they should do: Maybe a TV commercial together

Why? They will soon be seen together in the high-octane, action-packed Akira. So, an ad commercial featuring the two will just serve as just the trailer to the power that two Shotguns can command on screen. We think they will make a great pair on screen and for those who feel otherwise, there’s just one word for you. KHAMOSHH…

Sonam Kapoor and Anil Kapoor

What they should do: A Hollywood film

Why? Anil’s probably India’s biggest ambassador in Hollywood, along with a certain Irrfan Khan. While the father-daughter duo have always been bold, honest and unabashedly upfront, we wonder how much cajoling it would take directors to get them together on screen. Almost nothing. Both of them have regularly spoken about their interest in working with each other and what better than a Hollywood project coming up their alley!

Ranbir Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor

What they should do: A day long Twitter banter

Why? Rishi’s famous as the most ‘brazen Bollywood celebrity on Twitter’. His son Ranbir shies away from prying eyes on social networking platforms. Diametrically opposite to each other, it would be fun to see how Ranbir reacts to Rishi’s wicked sense of humour on Twitter. Rishi’s been trolling quite a few other Bollywood celebrities- Alia and Sonakshi being his most recent victims. Ranbir’s a total filmy gossip guy, so the conversations between the two will be fun to read. Will they have a banter, a heated argument or a debate? That’s for us to keep guessing until this actually happens.

Varun Dhawan and David Dhawan

What they should do: Judge a comedy show together

Why? David’s been the pioneer of slapstick comedy in the ‘90s. Dhawan Sr gifted us with some of the most classic comedy films in the last two decades. Now, his son Varun has taken the baton and is upping his game with his perfectly nitpicked roles. But there’s one thing commendable about Varun. Like his dad, he has a great sense of humour and comic timing. Remember how his Main Tera Hero act made people call him the new age Govinda? For this Bollywood baap-beta, we think the perfect thing to do together will be judging a comedy show or having a comedy show of their own. Did anyone say Comedy Circus?

Deepika Padukone and Prakash Padukone

What they should do: Play a badminton match against each other

Why? The world has been witness to what a sporting legend Prakash Padukone was. Little does anyone know that Deepika too can swing the racket quite well. Wouldn’t it be just amazing to see the father-daughter face off in a battle on the badminton court? If not for real, Papa Padukone can definitely make a special cameo appearance in any of Deepika’s flicks! And maybe film a badminton scene together. Dhal gaya din, ho gayi raat ki yaad dila di!

Shraddha Kapoor and Shakti Kapoor

What they should do: Act in a film on Crime Master Gogo

Why? Shakti Kapoor’s Crime Master Gogo act still packs in a lot of laughter each time you watch the madcap comedy of errors. Undoubtedly one of the most iconic characters to have come on the silver screen, it would be fun to have an entire film on Gogo’s legacy! What better to have Shraddha Kapoor to play Crime Master Gogi, Gogo’s daughter! Says Shraddha, “Oh, I would love to work in a film with dad. Maybe he can play Crime Master Gogo and I will play Crime Master Gogi. It would be cracking everyone up.” Producers, are you listening?

Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff

What they should do: A dance video

Why? Tiger's recently got audiences raving with his latest dance video- Zindagi Aa Raha Hoon Main and is gearing up for another one, this time with his Heropanti co-star Kriti Sanon. But it would be rather great to see Tiger with his otherwise non-dancer father Jackie Shroff. Madhuri had openly stated that it was the most difficult to dance with Jackie, who had and still has, two left feet! Rarely have we seen Jaggu dada dance but having to dance with son Tiger would be a special moment for him too and it may not need much to get him on board.
