'Fan' turns tables: Shah Rukh Khan starrer picks up excellently at the box office!

Shah Rukh Khan's much anticipated Fan has just hit theatres and the film has been loved by almost everyone. From the critics to the audiences, the film has received a thumbs up from most circuits and a good word of mouth has ensued now. 

Good news is that although SRK's Fan is a thriller, it will be recording a gigantic opening day figure for any film of this genre. Yes, the film opened to an average 45-50% occupancy across India, including multiplexes and single screens. Despite that, the opening seemed to be way better than Dilwale. Why? Dilwale released in around 2600 screens whereas Fan will have a much wider release across 4600 screens. 

Following an excellent word of mouth, post the morning and afternoon shows, the film picked up brilliantly in key circuits in the evening shows. The night shows too are getting booked fast, so all in all, good news seems to be coming your way, if you are indeed a Jabra SRK fan. Also, the fact that the film is connecting with the audiences and they are liking it, the positive feedback will only help the film in the days to come.
