Shatrughan 'Shotgun' Sinha recently opposed the use of abusive language in current Bollywood films. This was followed by by reports pointing out that his daughter has featured in a 'vulgar' song called Gandi Baat (in Prabhudheva's R... Rajkumar).

Shotgun shoots back, "Don't try to fire your guns from my family's shoulders. I know what my children are capable of. And Sonakshi would never do anything to lower the family's dignity."

Recalling the advice he gave his beti when she was to make her debut, he says, "My only contention was, never do anything to compromise our dignity. And I know she never will. Her mother has instilled the right values in her."

And about Gandi Baat, he says, "It may be titled that. But there isn't a word that's improper in the song. And really, I don't need to defend my children against desperate attempts to hit out at me."
