Seems like Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has found a reason to change his habit, of heading back home after packing up from the sets, for his furry 'buddy for life'.

Khiladi Kumar found a new 'buddy' on the sets of his recent yet-to-release flick, 'It's Entertainment'. The dog playing 'Entertainment' in the movie made Akshay change his habit and stay back on the sets to play with him.

Akshay and Junior (the dog playing Entertainment in 'It's Entertainment') bonded while shooting for the film.

According to the media reports, Akshay is quoted to have said, "Entertainment and I will be buddies for life."

Talking about his chemistry with Junior on the sets, Akshay said, "I made sure he didn't just feel like a dog being made to do tricks for treats. I would spend a lot of time off-camera playing with him. As soon as he accepted it, we were pals and not just co-stars."

He added, "He used to let me sleep on his belly in break times, which was the most blissful feeling in the world."

It's also learnt that the actor is really fond of dogs. His homes are full of dogs, and that's been the case for years. He has two German Shephards named Oaky and Clio in his Mumbai house, and a Golden Labrador who looks after his Little Portuguese Villa in Goa.

Even at his Mom's house, which is above his, there is a little funny crossed-eyed Beagle. The cute pet is his neice's, who adores her pet to bits.

To Akshay, canines are the most dependable creatures.

"For me, dogs are where the heart is, at home, looking after your family while you can't," he said.
