Distraught Gauhar Khan unwilling to talk about slapping incident

Gauhar Khan was all set to host the grand finale episode of 'India's Raw Star' on Sunday at Film City, Goregaon. Little did she know that it would bring her a lot of harassment and embarrassment. 

Gauhar was slapped by a man in public who claimed to have committed the misdeed to punish the actress for wearing short clothes. Gauhar was in deep shock after the incident and had to be pacified by the show's crew and her Ishaqzaade co-star Arjun Kapoor.

Arjun quickly took her to the make up room and tried to calm her down. But Gauhar is shell shocked with what conspired during the show.

When contacted, a distraught Gauhar not only refused to talk about the same but also asked for some privacy from the media. She appealed to the media to give her some time alone as she is not ready to speak about the incident now.

The film fraternity has come out and pledged support for the actress and the man who slapped her has been taken under custody. While everyone has condemned this shameful act, we hope Gauhar recovers from the trauma soon!
