Director of 'Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana' MIFFED with Akshara Haasan?

The director of Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana is miffed with Akshara Haasan for not promoting the film. She was to appear on reality shows with her co-stars Vivaan Shah and Gurmeet Choudhary, but she has been unavailable, reports Mid-Day.

Director Manish Harishankar is quoted saying, "She was co-operative during the film's shoot. I really don't know what has gotten into her now. She remains incommunicado. Repeated calls have gone unanswered. Her manager says she is tied up with other commitments. She only attended the trailer launch followed by media interaction."

The actress however says she couldn't attend a few promotional events due to her uncle Chandrahasan's death earlier this month. Rumour doing the rounds is that her alleged beau Tanuj Virwani has stopped her from promoting the film with her co-stars as there was speculation about Akshara and Vivaan seeing each other.
