Dileep and Kavya Madhavan to star in director Adoor Gopalakrishnan's next

Malayalam actors Dileep and Kavya Madhavan became a popular pairing after their successful film Chandranudikkunna Dikhil in 1999. There was even talk of them getting married at one point. Now Kavya Madhavan and Dileep are back together on screen thanks to renowned director Adoor Gopalakrishnan.

This will be the director's second film with Kavya Madhavan. He first directed her in Naalu Pennungal. 

Dileep and Kavya were last seen on screen together five years ago in Vellaripravinte Changathi.

Malayalam Manorama reports that the movie has been titled Pinneyum and shoot will start on May 11 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

Other actors who are part of this project include Nedumudy Venu, Vijayraghavan, Indrans, Srinda, P Sreekumar and Sudeer Karama. 

Famous Marathi actor and director Subodh Bhave is playing a crucial role in the film. Subodh has acted in many TV serials and films as well.

Cinematography for this movie will be helmed by MJ Radhakrishnan while the editing will be done by B Ajithkumar.
