Did Salman Khan replace Sonakshi Sinha in 'Dabangg 3'?

Sonakshi Sinha rose to fame with an iconic one-liner from her debut film Dabangg. And it was Salman Khan who was instrumental in giving her the much needed platform to showcase her acting talent. 

Two years later when Dabangg 2 happened, Sonakshi was again cast in the sequel, albeit this time as Salman's wife. Salman has already confirmed that Dabangg 3 is in process and will go on floors next year. Now, Spotboye.com has reported that Salman won't be working with Sonakshi anymore.

Salman was upset with Sona after she turned down Arbaaz Khan's Dolly ki Doli last year. Reportedly, she also had a major showdown with the superstar at Arpita's reception party. Things aren't well between Salman and his protege and it has cost her the big budget sequel in the franchise.

Makers are currently scouting to cast a leading lady for the film. Who will it be?
