Baahubali released last year and it revolutionized the style of Indian filmmaking across the globe. With over Rs 600 crore in its kitty already, the film became a huge worldwide success and people from different arenas started discussing it. There were also talks about how the film has implemented technique that only Hollywood films do.

The film was respected for its specialised VFX content and the way the war scenes have been shot. But Rajinikanth who launched the Robot 2.0 teaser seemed to have taken a sly dig at the SS Rajamouli film.

While talking at the launch, he said, "It's a prestigious film not for action alone but for entire Indian film industry. Despite our technical excellence and financial strength, we could not reach Hollywood standard yet. But I am confident about this film that it will reach Hollywood level. The entire film fraternity will be proud of this film."

While Baahubali has already been appreciated for its world class techniques, we wonder how Rajini missed that out completely and said that there have been no films of Hollywood standard yet. Ouch!
