Dhoni is old news, why are people still linking me to him, asks Raai Laxmi

The actress is busy shooting for her Hindi film Julie 2 and is now set to celebrate her birthday on May 5. But Raai Laxmi got the shock of her life when she started trending on Wednesday and that too for talking about her relationship with cricketer Dhoni two years ago.

When dna asked her about this, the puzzled actress said, "I haven't spoken about him to the media in a very long time. Where is this news coming from?" Raai Laxmi then went on to add, "I'm so out of touch with the media; I don't know what's happening as I've been so busy with my Hindi flick."

Probe the Mankatha actress further and she says, "Dhoni is old news and not everything that's written is true. I request the media to not sensationalise this and please put a full stop here to this matter."

May 5 is her birthday and the actress has plans to celebrate it in a grand manner. "Plans are the same as every year. I plan to have a big bash in town and this time it's going to be a theme party with family and friends. I'm looking forward to it!"

Ask Raai Laxmi if she is dating someone now and she quickly says, "I'm dating my soul as of now! The best space to be in is being single."
