Comedian Bill Cosby, who is facing multiple allegations of sexual assault, has said that his career is "far from finished". Cosby thanked fans for their support and hinted that his Friday gig in Lafayette, Louisiana will still take place despite another woman coming forward with sexual assault charge against him, Ace Showbiz.

"Dear Fans: For 53 years you have given me your love, support, respect and trust. Thank you! I can't wait to see your smiling faces and warm your hearts with a wonderful gift - LAUGHTER," he said in a statement. "I'm ready! I thank you, the theatre staff (at Heymann Performing Arts Centre), the event organisers and the Lafayette Community for your continued support and coming to experience family, fun entertainment. Hey, Hey, Hey - I'm far from finished. Sincerely, Bill Cosby," added the statement.
