Raveen Tandon's daughter Chhaya Tandon recently got married in a beautiful Hindu and Christian ceremony in Goa. However, what we couldn't help but notice was the beautiful gown bride Chhaya had donned during her wedding. The gown apparently is a creation of the renowned designer of B-Townn, Ashley Rebello.
In an interview given to Bollywood life, Ashley spoke about his equation with Raveena and her daughter and also about the wedding gown which came as a gift from the designer to Raveena. He added that he had been dressing up Raveena, for films and otherwise, for many years now and had thus seen Raveena’s daughters Pooja and Chhaya since their childhood.
“It was a very emotional moment for me when Raveena told me that her younger one was getting married. I have seen them as teenagers as it is amazing to see Chhaya all grown up to work as an air hostess and finally getting hitched,” Ashley mentioned in the same interview.
Moreover, the bond between Raveena and Ashley can be understood from the fact that the actress had not even given any particular brief to him for the white gown.
“I have always envisioned Raveena as a princess and hence, wanted to make her daughter look like one on her wedding day. The gown was a gift from me to her,” he says in the interview.
Speaking more on the dress he added, “I have used corded lace, Georgette and crepe material for the dress. The neckline is lacy and transparent, embellished with stones and sequins. I have given her a tiara and trail to complete the princess look."
Well, we must say that the gown is not just classy but its look is completely royal. We are sure that it would not have been less than a 'Princess Moment' for Chhaya while walking down the aisle in the gown. Agree?
