Deepika Padukone to pair up with Salman Khan finally with YRF's next?

If the latest grapevine is true then Salman Khan will is likely to share screen space with none other than Deepika Padukone. Well, Yash Raj Films have been wanting to collaborate with Khan ever since their last outing together Ek Tha Tiger turned out to be a success. And they seem to have struck a deal with Salman after all. We say so because according to media reports the Being Human superstar has been roped in to play the lead in director Ali Abbas Zafar’s next. Yes, he is the one who directed YRF’s Gunday which released early this year. What’s even more interesting is that the Happy New Year actress may end up playing the female protagonist.

However, nothing is official as yet. But let’s hope things do fall into place because both Salman and Deepika have often expressed their desire to work with each other and even wethinks its high time they team up for a film.
