Deepika Padukone's reasons for opting out of Majid Majidi's film is same as rival Kangana Ranaut's!

When Majid Majidi decided to make a film set in India, he decided to take his project to two of the biggest leading actresses in the country. Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone. And both of them opted out. 

While Kangana had said no to Majidi long time back, Deepika had even done a few shots as a part of her look test for the project. Her transformation had shocked everyone and the pictures from the shoot had gone viral on the Internet. 

Now, Shahid Kapor's brother Ishaan Khattar is doing the film. And here's why Deepika and Kangana decided to reject the film. Both the A-lister actresses thought that the role wasn't meaty enough for them and hence decided to pass it on.
