Deepika Padukone replaces Katrina Kaif!

Last October, Katrina Kaif parted ways with a French cosmetics brand to launch her own retail venture. Now, it seems her arch rival, Deepika Padukone, has been roped in as the latest face of the company. 

A starlet from Versova says Dippy had been sending feelers to the L'Oreal brand officials to sign her, for it could be her ticket to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival. 

Apparently, the actress even slashed her endorsement fee by almost 40 per cent to bag the offer. Wonder how Katrina will react to this!
