Deepika Padukone put out pictures with Ranbir Kapoor on Holi, and Ranveer Singh WON'T be happy

A lot of times film stars express their thoughts and developments in their lives with their social media posts. And a lot of times people read more into these tweets than there is to it.

Their new film release, break-ups, patch-ups etc are all reflected through their Insta and Twitter handles, which answer a lot of questions about the course their life is charting. So it was intriguing to see  Deepika Padukone posting a collage of herself with her ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor with both of them smeared in vibrant colours and holding hands, from the hit Holi song from Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani (2013).

The Twitterati were speculating why she posted that photograph and why not a pic of herself with current flame Ranveer Singh from Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (also 2013).

DP’s Holi post adds fire to the speculation that all is not well between the couple. However, a source close to the actress tells us, “There’s nothing to it. It’s just that Balam Pichkari is much more popular than Lahoo Muh Lag Gaya, and it is played more often everywhere.”
