Confirmed! Sidharth Malhotra has been approached for 'Aashiqui 3' opposite Alia Bhatt

After the romantic musical Aashiqui 2 spelled magic and rocked the entire nation, we all have been waiting for Aashiqui 3. Lately, speculations have been rife that the Bhatts are planning to make the third installment with Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. 

However, recently rumours started doing the rounds that Sid and Alia won't be doing the film as no confirmation was given by both the makers and the actors. But in a recent interaction with BollywoodLife, Sidharth himself confirmed that he's been approached for the film with Alia. He said, "I am in talks for Aashiqui 3 with Alia Bhatt, but nothing has been confirmed.”

Now wouldn't it be absolutely amazing to see the real life lovebirds together on screen once again?
