The Mynaa actress, who was having a great career in Tamil, took a short break post her marriage to director A L Vijay. Now, it looks like she is back to films full-time. Amala Paul has just been signed on for a Kannada film with none other than Kichha Sudeep. Director S Krishna has confirmed that she has indeed been signed on for his film Hebbuli.
Krishna also stated that they are likely to start shooting the film from the first week of May. The portions with Sudeep and Ravichandran will be shot first and then Amala Paul will join the team in the second schedule.
The actress has numerous hit films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. Now she is all set to enter the Kannada film industry with one of the biggest stars of Kannada cinema. One of her favourite Kannada actors is Sudeep and she is excited to work with him. She also added that she loved Krishna's script.
In Tamil, Amala Paul had Pasanga 2 last year. Now she has Dhanush productions' Amma Kanakku in Tamil and Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum in Malayalam.
