Not just his sexuality, the book also reveals shocking details about his relationship with Kajol who was once a good friend and why they aren't friends anymore. 

Kajol and KJo shared a warm relationship that has been there for over two decades. But now, the two buddies don't see eye to eye. And Karan has spoken about his fallout extensively in his book.
