Colors’ strict diktat for Kapil Sharma: No ‘Babaji Ka Thullu’ on new show!

Yes, Colors has reportedly sent him another legal notice informing that he isn’t allowed to use the famous ‘Babaji Ka Thullu’ step on his new show to be telecast on Sony TV.

Colors and Kapil Sharma’s battles have gone a far way. Taking it even further, now Colors has slammed another legal notice on the ace comedian. This time, clearly mentioning he isn’t allowed to showcase the famous ‘Babaji Ka Thullu’ pose on his new show.

Kapil shot for the last episode of Comedy Nights with Kapil which was aired on January 23. After that, there have numerous twists and turns in the case where Colors and Krushna Abhishek (who replaced Kapil on his show) had lashed out at Kapil for his unprofessional behaviour. But Kapil stayed mum. Now he’s struck a golden deal with Sony TV and he is all set to come forward with another show of his own- Comedy Style.

While the show begins end March-early April, Colors, on hearing the news of this development had already sent out a legal notice to Kiku Sharda and Sunil Grover who played Palak and Gutthi in CNWK saying that they won’t be permitted to retain their character on the new show and there shouldn’t be any similarity with their CNWK characterizations.

And now this! So whoever was excited to see Kapil doing his famous Babaji Ka Thullu move will sure be disappointed with this news. But will Kapil follow the legal norms? Let’s see!
