CHECK PICS: Sonam Kapoor's boyfriend Anand Ahuja and father Anil Kapoor couldn't be more ecstatic for her National Award win!

Sonam Kapoor, who received a special mention for her acclaimed performance in Neerja, attended the 64th National Film Awards ceremony to receive the award. 

As she went up on stage to receive the honour from the President of India, the audience erupted into applause. But no one cheered louder than dad Anil Kapoor and boyfriend Anand Ahuja. The two stood up from the crowd to proudly cheer Sonam on. Anand was clapping and cheering loudly for his girlfriend while Anil took pictures and videos with his phone.

Anil shared the pictures on his Instagram account with the sweet caption "Clearly cannot contain my excitement! Surrounded by cameras but a father always turns photographer in these moments! Congratulations @sonamkapoor !! So proud!! #nationalfilmawards".

The paparazzi managed to snap some pictures of the trio post the ceremony, looking as happy as can be. Sonam looked beautiful in a green Anamika Khanna sari, while both men looked pretty dapper as well.
