Channing Tatum to start filming for 'Gambit' in spring 2017

Writer-producer Simon Kinberg says the production on Gambit starring Channing Tatum will begin in spring 2017.

"We have a great script on that and hope to shoot that movie at the beginning or spring of next year," Kinberg said.

He also revealed that Deadpool 2 is looking to start shooting at the beginning of 2017, reported Entertainment Weekly.

Apart from this Kinberg is planning to start writing the next installment of the core X-Men films real soon. Actor Taylor Kitsch first played Gambit in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
