Catherine Zeta-Jones named most beautiful British woman

Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has been named the most beautiful British woman alive in a new poll.

The 41-year-old Welsh topped the list after beating much younger British beauties, including Cheryl Cole, 28, and Kelly Brook, 31, reports the Daily Express.

Zeta-Jones is at number 4 in the all-time list, with Breakfast At Tiffany’s star Audrey Hepburn, who died in 1993, at number one.

Hollywood’s last great old school star Elizabeth Taylor came second in the poll, followed by Princess Diana at the third spot.

The survey, of 2,000 men and women viewers, was carried out by shopping channel QVC to mark its beauty month.

Also in the top 10 are actresses Keira Knightley, Kate Beckinsale and TV presenter Holly Willoughby.
