Box Office: Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi's Bank Chor collects only Rs 1.40 crore on Day 1

Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi's movie Bank Chor has hit theatres this Friday. The Y-Films production, directed by Bumpy, has received mixed reviews from the critics and audience. 

The film has failed to start at the box office. With only Rs 1.40 crore coming on day one, the film needs to outperform itself way more in the coming few days to put up a decent total.

The Riteish - Vivek combo works for the film but the thin plot-line doesn't leave too much to be done. Then again, if there's a pick up on Saturday and Sunday, what with there being no other option, the small budget film might still be able to recover its money. Let's wait to see how it fares in the next few days.
