After breaking Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s collection of Rs 321 crore, on Saturday, Aamir Khan has broken the domestic box office records of his 2014 blockbuster, PK, which fetched Rs 340.8 crore. His latest movie Dangal, has cashed in Rs 345.30 crore in just 17 days to become the highest grossing Hindi film of all time.

The film helmed by Nitesh Tiwari is racing towards the Rs 350 crore mark. A jubilant Khan told a tabloid, “I have never got such a euphoric response earlier. I don’t think there is any greater joy for an artiste than the audience appreciating his film. I am thankful to everyone for showering so much love on Dangal. I would also like to thank Nitesh sir."

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to inform that Dangla is all set to cross the Rs 350 crore mark today. He tweeted, "#Dangal to cross ₹ 350 cr today [Tue]... [Week 3] Fri 6.66 cr, Sat 10.80 cr, Sun 14.33 cr, Mon 4.35 cr. Total: ₹ 349.65 cr. India biz. ATBB."
