'Bombay Velvet' First look revealed; Moustached Karan Johar packs a punch!

Set in the Bombay of 1960s, Anurag Kashyap's neo-noir film Bombay Velvet will revolve around three important characters - Johnny, Rosie and Kaizad- effectively played by Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar respectively. While Ranbir and Anushka will play lovers, Karan will play a nemesis to Ranbir's character in the film.

The story of a street fighter Johnny Balraj who goes on to become a big shot industrial tycoon, Bombay Velvet will also have Karan in his first full length role of sorts. He plays Kaizad, a rich media tycoon, the prime antagonist in the period film. Karan revealed his look from the film on Twitter on Sunday night.

Sporting a moustache, Karan looks absolutely different from what he usually looks off screen. Intense and villainous, the first look featuring Karan packs in quite a punch.
