Bollywood recreates Ellen DeGeneres' Oscars selfie with Shah Rukh Khan

After Ellen DeGeneres’ star-studded selfie from the most-watched Oscars telecast in a decade created waves online, our own celebs closer home too tried their hand at a selfie at an even in Mumbai.

Bollywood actress and TV anchor Mandira Bedi tweeted the picture saying

While Ellen's group selfie had Hollywood biggies like Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lawrence, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie and Bradley Cooper; it's Bollywood twin had Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, filmmakers Kunal Kohli and Punit Malhotra.

The selfie was taken at an event for a watch endorsed by SRK. Ellen's group selfie was a landmark on social media after it became the most shared photo ever on Twitter. The image even crashed the microblogging site.
