Amitabh Bachchan is back in his angry avatar in Sarkar 3 trailer but another highlight of the movie will be the soulful Ganpati aarti rendered by Bachchan himself. He is all set to come back as Subhash Nagre in the third installment of Ram Gopal Verma's franchise, Sarkar.

We all must have heard this aarti somewhere or the other but Big B's heavy voice adds a lot of thrill and emotion at the same time. The video has been shot on a beach in Mumbai. It features a larger than life multi headed idol of Lord Ganesha. With the use of spiritual colours like orange and yellow, the atmosphere and festivity of the Ganpati festival is created.

A point worth noting is that the song not only has the feeling of spirituality and divinity but also bloodshed, anger and revenge. We can also see glimpses of Yami Gautam, Jackie Shroff, Ronit Roy and Amit Sadh in the song. Behind the soulful vocals of the aarti, we can also hear gunshots in the background. This song reminds us of Hrithik Roshan's Ganpati song in Agneepath

In an interview with India.com, Big B explained,"There is something about the Ganesha Aarti that invokes great divinity; an emotion, that is rare and lasting. Sant Ramdas created this Aarti in the 1600’s in a Rag (Rag Jogiya), that was befitting of such great character and eminence. The words are vernacular Marathi – a rarity for most other Hindu bhajans and devotional songs. Yet the way the Aarti has been structured, it cuts across all language barriers, if at all there are any. I feel privileged and blessed, to have been asked to sing it for the film Sarkar 3. I sang the Aarti for the Siddhivinayak Mandir at Prabha Devi, and when discussed with Ram Gopal Varma, I suggested we do the same for the film as well. We have given it a different tone, but the sentiment the emotion and the divinity, remains in as much prominence, as the original."

Amitabh Bachchan and Ram Gopal Verma took to twitter to share the song:

Ram Gopal Verma's Sarkar 3 is all set to hit the theatres on May 12.
