Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu's film 'Bharat Ane Nenu' has opened to a roaring start at the box office. This Friday release has got a good response from fans and critics alike on Day 1 of its release. Not just in India, the film is doing fabulous business abroad as well.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed it's box office status in Australia and tweeted, "“Telugu biggie #BharatAneNenu sets Australia BO on … WHAT.A.START… Mahesh Babu proves his stamina and star pull, while #BharatAneNenu proves its mettle at the ticket window… Fri A$ 168,194 [Rs 85.45 lakhs] / 35 locations Well begun is half done,” [sic] tweeted trade analyst, Taran Adarsh.
Mahesh Babu's Telugu film released in Chennai after Tamil Film Producer Assocation's strike got over and reportedly made Rs 27 lakh on its opening day. Bharat Ane Nenu has beaten the box office record of Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam and even Pawan Kalyan's 'Agnyaathavaasi'. Sreedhar Pillai wrote in his tweet, “@urstrulyMahesh’s #BharatAneNenu takes TN by storm, grosses a day 1 record Rs 78 lakhs and a net of Rs 56 lakhs. Awesome! @sivakoratala @DVVEnts @SPICinemas”
Mahesh Babu's Friday release 'Bharat Ane Nenu' is getting screened in 45 countries across the globe. Mahesh Babu is playing the role of Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in the film which introduces a fresh pairing of Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani. On the day of the film's release, Babu took to Twitter to reveal why this film is extremely close to his heart.

Directed by Siva Koratala, the political drama also stars Kiara Advani, Prakash Raj, Sarath Kumar, Rao Ramesh, Ravi Shankar, Posani Krishna Murali, Aamani, Jeeva, Benarjee, Brahmaji, Ajay Kumar, Sithara, Rajitha, Prithviraj, Devraj and Yashpal Sharma in the lead.
