Bhaagamathie trailer: Anushka Shetty's powerful act will send shivers down your spine!

After creating immense buzz with the first look posters of Bhaagamathie, the makers of the film have unveiled the trailer of the film starring Anushka Shetty as the protagonist. If you're still in awe of Anushka's portrayal of Devsena in Baahubali: The Conclusion, prepare to be shocked (in a good way) as her acting chops in Bhaagamathie will surely give you the chills. 

The trailer presents Anushka in two different avatars. One is that of an IAS officer who wants to work for the betterment of a village and the other is that of a victim, who's sent to a haunted house where Bhaagamathie's spirit happens to possess her. 

Anushka delivers a power-packed performance in both her characters. The portions where she's shown to have been possessed by Bhaagamathie's spirit, are enough to give you shivers down your spine. 

The highlight of the trailer is hands down the dialogue that she utters towards the end and sits on a throne-of-sorts, which reminds us of Baahubali as well.

Directed by G Ashok, the film is slated to hit the theatres this Republic Day.
