Beyonce reveals reason behind Grammy Awards 2015 emotional performance

Beyonce, who performed an emotional Take My Hand, Precious Lord at Grammy Awards 2015 ​, has revealed that she could recall her father's traumatic experience during her performance.

The Crazy in Love singer shared a behind-the-scene video and believed during her performance that it was the time to show her strength and vulnerability in black men, regarding which her father had faced many unkind things that got him into trauma, E! Online reported.

The 33-year-old singer added that her grandparents marched with Martin Luther King and her father was a part of the first generation of black men that attended an all-white school. Through her dynamic performance the singer sang her father's pain.
