Riteish Deshmukh-starrer upcoming satire "Bangistan", originally slated for July 31 release, will now hit theatres on August 7. The film, directed by former film critic Karan Anshuman, also stars Pulkit Samrat, Jacqueline Fernandez and Chandan Roy Sanyal.

Riteish took to Twitter to announce the new date. "Bangistan Now Releases On 7th August," he posted.

The film chronicles the lives of two blundering terrorists who are on a mission to change the world. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani, "Bangistan" has music by Ram Sampath.
