Aamir Khan's Dangal had a stupendous run at the China box office. Running to full houses for over a month's time, the film amassed over Rs 1150 crore from China alone. And now, Baahubali 2 will also join the bandwagon. The SS Rajamouli venture hits the China screens on September 17.

Aamir's Dangal grossed a little over Rs 750 crore from across the world whereas in China alone, it collected around Rs 1150 crore. The total global box office gross stands at around Rs 1900 crore.

On the other hand, Baahubali has collected around Rs 1800 crore, sans its China release. And given the huge number of screens it is releasing in the neighbouring country, expect firecrackers. The film is expected to set cash registers on fire and might as well cross Aamir Khan's records created by Dangal. The film might inch closer to being the first film in Indian cinema's history to rake in around Rs 3000 crore from around the world. That's huge.
