Hollywood actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan play star crossed lovers on-screen in The Great Gatsby and the duo looked every inch the golden couple.

The actors were attending a photo call for their upcoming film The Great Gatsby in Cannes.

The 27-year-old actress looked stunning in a strapless black jumpsuit by Balenciaga with an interesting concave neckline and beaded detailing.

The British actress wore a pair of black T-bar heels and had her hair tied up in a bun as she chose to wear minimal make-up with a light eyeliner.



Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan posed for pictures together along with the other people involved in The Great Gatsby which will open the 66th Cannes Film Festival.

The 38-year-old Titanic actor looked smart in a black suit with a white shirt as he chose to not wear a tie.

The pretty co-stars were seen chatting with director Baz Luhrmann and Tobey Maguire at the festival.

Directed by Luhrmann, the film earned $51.1 million on debut at the weekend's box office.

Dicaprio stars in the title role as 1920s mystery millionaire Jay Gatsby with Carey as his lost love and Tobey as the friend chronicling their doomed romance.
