Anil Kapoor never gives any acting advice to his kids

Anil Kapoor recently opened up about what he does being the big man for his children actors Sonam Kapoor and Harshvardhan Kapoor. The 59-year-old star appeared at a chat show and revealed that he had never given any acting advice to his children.

"To be honest with you, nobody really gives anybody any advice. We let everyone experience their own journeys. We're always there," he said. The Slumdog Millionaire actor attended the show with nephew, Arjun Kapoor.The duo opened interesting doors to the matters of choice and success in an individual's life.

According to Arjun, there is always the one thing that should be, "your choices should be your own." "Tomorrow whether it is success or failure, you should not point a finger at somebody else and say you told me to do this or you were saying to do this. It has to be an organic process that comes from within you," the 31-year-old mused.

"I've sat with him [Anil] and spoken but he does not tell me how I should become a better actor," the young Kapoor said, adding, "So it doesn't have to be what advice he's given me, it's what I'm also willing to absorb out of being around him."

These two Kapoors will be seen together, sharing the screen space for the first time in Anees Bazmee's Mubarakan.
