Angelina Jolie's Unbroken grabbed the top spot at the domestic box office by raking-in $15.59 million on Christmas Day.

The movie, which marks the directorial debut of Jolie, debuted in 3,131 theatres beat out Disney's Into the Woods with close second with $15.08 million from 2,440 theatres, Us Magazine reported. The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, grabbed the third spot at the box office with $13.14 million at 3,875 screens. One of the late Robin Williams' final projects took the fourth spot, as Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb charted $7.35 million from 3,914 theatres.
Sony Pictures' controversial comedy The Interview was ranked at 15th spot on the chart.
