Possibly one of the most interesting trailers to have come out in recent times, Shoojit Sircar's Piku is quirky, fun and crazy, yet filled with a lot of emotions. At a time when old age homes are being inundated with calls to provide shelter to several elderly people, Piku comes as a refreshing concept, that leaves a message behind subtly.

Revolving around the story of a dysfunctional family- of a father who believes 'motion se hi emotion aata hai' and his daughter Piku who calls him his '90 year old son', Piku seems to be a heart warming story. Essaying the lead roles are power packed performers like Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan.

At the trailer launch event, Deepika called Big B one of her most 'favourite co-stars'. "He is very easy to work with. It has been a great learning experience to work with Amitji in Piku. Both Amitji and Abhishek have a very swet sense of humor and are very committed towards their work. We all bonded really very well on the sets of Piku in fact the journey for shooting the film was so smooth that we didn’t come to know how it ended so quickly", Deepika said.

Irrfan, on the other hand, said Big B was fun to work with. "It was a wonderful experience. Whoever is thinking of becoming an actor or taking a training, should observe Mr Bachchan. Otherwise, he or she will never be aware of the nuances of acting," Irrfan said at the trailer launch of the film yesterday. "Mr Bachchan follows his director's vision in a very obedient way. At the same time, he is very playful too.

Sometimes when a person is hardworking that can be boring for other people. But I will always remember his playfulness." The film, slated to release on May 8, is about a working daughter and her father. Irrfan plays an interesting character in the mix of father-daughter. The actor said he enjoyed the experience of working on the movie.

"With both Deepika and Amitabh Bachchan it was magical and inspirational and an outstanding experience. And as Bachchan saab says even I was emotional at the end of the shooting,"
