Alia Bhatt to take the Katrina Kaif-Deepika Padukone route!

Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone have consistently been on top for the last few years when it comes to acting and the item song territory as well. While Kat has multiple chart busters to her name- be it Sheila ki Jawaani or Chikni Chameli, Deepika too isn't far behind with Lovely and other numbers. And now, another actress wants to take the same route. Did anyone say Alia Bhatt?

The Highway star was heard telling Farah Khan about her profound interest in doing item numbers. "Farah said that she would like to work with Alia. Though Alia did not quite approve of that, she quickly retorted saying that she would rather love to do an item song in her film, much on the lines of Deepika's Lovely", informed a source

Alia loved Deepika's item number in the film and wants to do a similar item song. With her contemporaries already getting item number offers (Shraddha Kapoor did Dance Basanti), our Bolly diva too wants to turn an item girl soon.
