Alia Bhatt to get engaged to Arjun Kapoor?

Alia Bhatt, today, tweeted an invitation to her engagement ceremony with Arjun Kapoor!

In a very unique strategy to promote the first trailer of her upcoming movie '2 States', Alia Bhatt tweeted an invitation card for an engagement ceremony.

The invitation card invites everyone to their 'venue' which are the various social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. The card also asks for shagan only in the form of a movie ticket when it releases, the day she refers to as her wedding.

Bollywood has always surprised with their innovative and unique styles of promotion, exploiting the mediums from outdoor hoardings to reality shows to news articles.

This time Karan Johar has taken Bollywood to the social media platforms with the promotions of his movie '2 States' which is based on the novel written by Chetan Bhagat. 

The first look of the movie is with the actors on the map of India conveying the message of the movie.

The movie will launch its first trailer on February 28 with the engagement of the lead characters of the film Krish Malhotra (Arjun Kapoor) with Ananya Swaminathan (Alia Bhatt).
